The Essex-Lopresti Fracture is a radial head fracture with dislocation of the DRUJ, and an associated tearing of the IO membrane. Â They are often missed and have delayed diagnoses. Â With the right mechanism of injury we must carefully examine the forearm for not just pain, but also laxity. Â
