🪷 This meditation is inspired by the practice of Zen, a tradition rooted in mindfulness, awareness, and presence. The goal is simple - to have no goal. To observe things exactly as they are, without judgment, resistance, or attachment.
Throughout this practice, we create space around the concept of awareness itself, gently guiding you deeper into the experience of the Self.
While this is a mindfulness based meditation, its benefits extend far beyond these 20 minutes. Awareness is not something we practice only while in the midst of this practice, it is something we carry into our conversations, our relationships, our decisions, and our everyday lives.
I have found that the practice of awareness naturally creates more meaning, clarity, and presence. When we are truly present for whatever it is we are engaging in, life begins to feel richer. More connected. More intentional.
And perhaps most importantly, we begin to see things not as we think they should be, but as they truly are. :)
