  • Episode 97- Proof You’ve Changed: How to measure and see your personal growth
Proof You've Changed: How to measure and see your personal growth Have you ever wondered if all your mindset work, identity shifts, and habit tracking is actually doing anything? This episode is the proof that it is. This week I'm sharing something personal: my DISC profile results from 2019 compared to now in 2025 and the growth is undeniable. From people-pleasing and avoidance to precision, structure, and intentional follow-through, this transformation is real… and measurable. Even if your growth isn't showing up in obvious ways just yet, I promise it's happening. This episode will help you see the power of small, consistent change, and why your identity is allowed to evolve. What We Cover: What the DISC profile is and why it's helpful for tracking growth My transformation from people-pleasing coach to focused formalist Why structure used to feel restrictive and now it sets me free How identity work, grounded commitment, and the proof jar helped me change Tangible ways to measure your own growth (even without a personality test) Key Takeaways: ✅ You are not fixed you're always evolving ✅ Change happens gradually until suddenly you wake up and realize you're different ✅ Your journal, your metrics, your habits…they are all proof ✅ Your nervous system, personality, or past behavior does not define your future Actionable Insight: Think back to where you were 3–5 years ago. What were you thinking, doing, struggling with? What do you now do with ease that once felt impossible? Write it down. Or take a personality tool like the DISC and compare it to an older version of yourself you'll be amazed at what you find. A Warm Invitation: If this episode lights you up and you're ready to become someone who follows through (even if you've never done it before), start with my free course: First Step to Success Learn how to build small, daily proof that you're becoming the version of you that finishes what she starts. • Episode 96- From Perfection to Progress: Navigating Real Life Challenges
Have you ever said, “Life just got in the way”? You had great intentions, a solid plan… and then a sick kid, a messy schedule, or your own exhaustion kicked in. Suddenly, you're behind again and feeling like a failure. This week's episode is your reminder that your goals and your life aren't separate. Your life is not the problem, it's the environment in which your goals will be achieved. I'm breaking down why this phrase is secretly stealing your power, how to reframe it, and how to move forward without needing perfect conditions. What We Cover: Why “life got in the way” is a sneaky excuse that disconnects you from your goals How to reframe the phrase to keep your power and momentum My own recent example of how I caught myself saying this, and shifted gears Tangible strategies to adjust, recommit, and follow through (even when life gets messy) Key Takeaways: ✅ You don't need a perfect week to make progress ✅ Your goals must fit within your life, not outside of it ✅ You are allowed to adjust the plan without abandoning it Try These Practices: Catch the phrase when you say, “life got in the way.” Tell yourself the truth about what happened and recommit. Adjust instead of abandon- ask: What's the smallest step I can take today? Decide again - choose your goal with grounded commitment. • Episode 95-  What I learned from 3 months of No Spending (and why you should try it too)
What happens when you stop spending money on non-essentials for 90 days? In this episode, I share my honest evaluation of my 3-month no spend challenge...what worked, what didn't, and how it changed me (for the better). If you've ever wanted to feel more in control of your money, your emotions, or your home environment, this episode will inspire you to try your own version of a no-spend goal. It's not about deprivation, it's about intentionality, clarity, and self-trust. What We Cover: • Why I set a “no spend” goal and it had nothing to do with scarcity • The surprising benefits (like more mental space and self-trust) • How I handled temptation and desire • What I actually bought and why I don't regret it • Tips to set up your own no spend challenge Key Takeaways: • Simplicity = freedom • The fewer decisions you make about stuff, the more energy you have for what matters • You can feel desire without always acting on it • The real power is in keeping promises to yourself My System: • One goal: No spending on non-essentials for 3 months • Daily tracking using a simple spreadsheet • Clear boundaries around what “essential” meant to me • A powerful evaluation process: What worked, what didn't, and what I'd do differently An Invitation: Ready to build better habits, improve your self-trust, and follow through on your goals with less overwhelm? • Episode 94- How to Handle Opinions & Stay Focused on Your Goals
Ever had an unsolicited opinion throw you off track? You're working toward a goal, making progress, and then - boom - someone shares their thoughts, and suddenly, you're questioning everything. This episode is your reminder: your opinion of yourself matters more than anyone else's. I'm diving into how to recognise the difference between constructive feedback and unhelpful noise, plus giving you thoughts to think on purpose when others' opinions start creeping in. What We Cover: 1️⃣ How opinions (solicited or not) can derail you • Why people love to share their thoughts, even when they're not helpful • How projection plays a role in negative feedback 2️⃣ Feedback vs. Noise: What's Worth Listening To? • Signs of constructive feedback that helps you grow • How to filter out unhelpful opinions and stay focused 3️⃣ The Power of Your Own Thoughts • Why your self-perception is the only thing that matters • How to decide ahead of time what to think about yourself 4️⃣ Thoughts to Think on Purpose: I am someone who does not abandon myself for the approval of someone else. My opinion of myself matters more than anyone else's opinion of me. (If my opinion of myself is negative, that's what I need to work on changing.) I can decide ahead of time what to think about myself no matter what outcome happens for this goal I am pursuing. They are allowed to be wrong about me. This feeling is just a set of sensations in my body and I can handle it. My worth is not the stock market. It can't go up and down just based on thoughts in other people's brains. (Credit: Kara Loewentheil) What I think about me is more important than what others think about me. Key Takeaways: ✅ You don't owe anyone an explanation for your goals. ✅ Constructive feedback offers solutions; unhelpful opinions do not. ✅ People's opinions of you say more about them than they do about you. Actionable Insight: Next time you receive an opinion that makes you doubt yourself, pause. Ask: Does this help me move forward? If not, let it go and refocus on your goal. A Warm Invitation: If you struggle with follow-through because of doubt or external noise, my free First Step to Success course is for you. It will help you build the proof that you can stick to your goals—no matter what others think. Start today for free: First Step to Success Episode 76- Never Be Offended Again

  • Episode 93- The Power Of Small Steps For A Beautiful Life
What if I told you that the biggest successes in life don't come from massive leaps, but from small, consistent steps? That's the message I took away from a powerful International Women's Day event, and it's what I'm sharing with you in this episode. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by big goals or stuck in the start-stop cycle, this episode will remind you that every small action matters. What We Cover: 1️⃣ Why small steps matter more than big moves •“Small hinges open big doors.” •The secret behind people who follow through on big dreams. 2️⃣ Lessons from a woman who ran 150 marathons •She didn't focus on the full journey—just the next stop. •How breaking your goal into tiny, manageable steps makes all the difference. 3️⃣ How to take your next best step TODAY •You don't need to change everything overnight. •One small thing today can lead to a completely different life tomorrow. Key Takeaways: ✅ You don't have to be 10 steps ahead—just one step ahead of self-doubt. ✅ The life you want is built on small, repeated actions—not one massive move. ✅ Don't get lost in the big picture—focus on the next step in front of you. Actionable Insight: What's one small action you can take today that moves you closer to your dream? Maybe it's a 10-minute walk, making a healthy meal, or tackling that one thing you've been putting off. Start small, and watch how things change.
