    I recently joined a Vipassana: a 10-day silent meditation retreat. I didn't know what I was getting myself into... Deep dive into the unknown darkness. It honestly was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I wanted to quit every single day... But I had made one commitment with myself: no matter what happens, I'll stay until the end. And I'm glad I did - Because something very crazy happened there, that PROFOUNDLY changed the course of my life forever. After integrating this for a good couple of months, I'm finally ready to open up about what happened and share my experience with you.   • Strong BUT Soft - When Feeling Good Becomes Your Compass
    In this episode, I share how understanding the feminine & masculine energetics and connecting to my divine feminine energy has changed my way of living from pressure to PLEASURE. I open up how I went from not feeling enough and trying to prove my worth by overdoing - into becoming my own best friend and navigating life through what feels fun, aligned, and exciting! We talk about how learning to live and train in tune with my moon cycle has allowed me to love being a woman and made my periods go from extremely painful to no pain at all. We also dive into the mind-body connection and repressing emotions - and how learning that I was repressing a lot of anger, has allowed me to understand the root cause of the pain I suffered from for over a year. I also take you through a powerful experience that happened to me resently, which made me FURIOUS and how I was able to deal with it in a healthy way, releasing it all out and being left feeling peaceful, light, and calm. At the end I share a vision I got in a recent breathwork I did: and how I'm now full of excitment for the next step in following what feels right for me, learning and having fun as I go!
